This was Anthony’s and my first venture into purchasing an investment property, and though we were reassured by Wealth Australia that Bramwell Home had a reputable name we were concerned with the fact that our investment property was being built interstate and we could not physically inspect the progression of work. We work in the construction industry, Anthony is an electrician… that says it all!
The first day after settlement we received an email from Customer Care and the project manager welcoming us to Bramwell Homes introducing themselves and letting us know that they were available to answer any questions we may have had.  A few weeks later I got a progress report showing that the land had been cleared and the slab had already been poured.

We have been impressed with the professional service we have received, great, friendly customer service with regular progress reports. The work ethic of Bramwell Homes is impressive, the timely manner in which the house was built was amazing. The quality of your work reassured us that we were making the right decision, with the right company.

Even after the house had been completed, we have been contacted by Customer Care to make sure that we have been happy with the service and received recommendations on whom to trust with the renting our property. This was a great service to us as we don’t live in the area and we don’t know who’s who on Griffith.

So many thanks to the fantastic team at Bramwell Homes, you have made this experience a great one and if we are ever investing in your area again we will definitely be asking that you build our next house.
