This is the 3rd house we have had built and the first with Bramwell Homes. We purchased a land and home package from a plan and requested upgrades to suit our needs. Right from the start to the very end, we can honestly say the whole experience has been totally stressed free. Jaimi, Trish, and the team have been fantastic and a pleasure to deal with, nothing was ever too much for them as all of our dealings were via emails and phone calls as we reside in the N.T. Their customer service is second to none, and at times I believe that they went above and beyond their normal duties, especially to provide us with countless amounts of photos throughout the whole build. We would have no hesitation in engaging them in building another house again.
